My name is Juana (aka jojo). I've been crafting (cards, scrapbooking) since 2010 and art journaling, painting etc., here and there since 2014. I Love any, and all things that one can create with thier heart, mind and soul. When I lost my mother, 2 yrs. ago, a part of me died with her. Time come to a standstillI. I felt lost, confused and utterly alone without her. She was my light, my heart and my best friend. However, Art helped me to heal, by creating it soothe my soul. You see, creating any form of art served as an outlet, which enabled me to releasing the pain I felt of loosing my mom, and a conduit to bring peace within.
The sense of loneliness and feeling lost soon faded into the wind.
And so, when I create art (a card, scrapbook page, watercolor painting etc,) I create with all the love, compassion, caring, tenderness and kindness I have. This is represents who I am, for I am my mom because Her essences will always live within.
